Job Description

AlWatania Information Systems is a leading provider of SAP consulting services, specializing in the implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. We are currently looking for a SAP SuccessFactors EC (Employee Central) and ECP (Employee Central Payroll) Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their HR requirements, configure the systems accordingly, and provide ongoing support and enhancements. Your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP will play a critical role in enhancing our clients' HR processes and payroll management.



Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solutions.
  • Gather and document client requirements to design optimal HR solutions within SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Configure EC and ECP modules to align with clients' HR policies, processes, and requirements.
  • Conduct system testing and validate the accuracy and effectiveness of EC and ECP configurations.
  • Work with integration teams to ensure seamless connectivity between Employee Central, Payroll, and other HR systems.
  • Provide end-user training and support on SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP functionalities.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors developments and industry best practices related to Employee Central and Payroll.
