Participate in the design and implementation of E&O and Finance Solutions department's strategy and roadmap to support alignment with Enterprise Solutions directorate's strategyEstablish E&O and Finance Solutions department's plans and provide input to Enterprise Solutions directorate's goals that support AI & AT business unit's overall strategic plansParticipate in E&O and Finance Solutions department's budgeting cycle and provide input to the budgeting processEnsure effective utilization of E&O and Finance Solutions department's budget and report accurately on progress made and challenges encounteredRecommend improvements to E&O and Finance Solutions department's policies and direct the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of activity, ensuring relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering high quality and cost-effective results


Profile
6 to 8 years of experience in Organizational Design with at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory positionBachelor's degree in EngineeringMaster's degree in Engineering, Technology or other graduation stream with relevant experience
