Job Summary & Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Discipline or Information Technology.
Experience:
5-6+ years of SAP PM Consulting experience, including 2-3 full End-to-End Implementation Lifecycles. Proven work experience in SAP Configuration, Business Requirement Gathering, Functional Specification writing, Business Blueprint drafting, GAP Analysis, User Acceptance Testing, Training Material preparation, and Cutover activities. Experience in the Utilities Industry is preferred. Expertise in building custom solutions in SAP FIORI and integrating with cross SAP modules. Experience with integration between SAP PM and other SAP modules, such as SAP MM, SAP FICO, SAP HR, and SAP PS. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Arabic is preferred.

As an
SAP PM Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) solutions by gathering business requirements, drafting functional specifications, and integrating with other SAP modules. You will ensure successful implementation and provide ongoing support for the SAP PM system, with a focus on delivering end-to-end custom solutions aligned with business needs.
Detailed Responsibilities:
Lead SAP PM configuration and functional setup, ensuring effective alignment with business requirements. Manage the entire project lifecycle, including business requirement gathering, drafting functional specifications, creating business blueprints, conducting GAP analysis, and preparing training materials. Perform User Acceptance Testing, prepare cutover activities, and execute go-live support. Develop custom SAP FIORI solutions based on specific business needs and ensure seamless integration with cross SAP modules (SAP MM, SAP FICO, SAP HR, SAP PS). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare detailed functional specifications and high-level design documents for applications, workflows, interfaces, and reports. Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and provide end-user training to ensure smooth project delivery. Create and manage text scripts, ensuring documentation is clear and comprehensive. Provide support for system issues and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
Skills & Expertise:
Strong expertise in SAP PM configuration and end-to-end project lifecycle management. Ability to build and implement custom SAP FIORI solutions that meet specific business needs. Strong understanding of cross-module integration, particularly with SAP MM, SAP FICO, SAP HR, and SAP PS. Proven ability to draft detailed functional specifications and high-level design documents.
