Job Description

SAP Integration Consultant: 7 – 8 Years Experience


Key Responsibilities:


1. CPI System Monitoring & Operational Support:


• Monitor and maintain Bosch CPI integration interfaces for data exchange between SAP and third-party systems (e.g., MES, traceability platforms, logistics providers) to ensure uninterrupted performance.


• Monitor and support the Bosch CPI/CPS integration ecosystem, ensuring continuous, seamless operation between SAP, third-party partners, and other enterprise systems.


• Track system performance metrics, identify risks, and resolve errors or performance anomalies using Bosch CPI/CPS dashboards and monitoring tools.


2. Incident Management & Troubleshooting:


• Act as the first point of contact for integration-related issues, including performance degradation, failed transactions, data mismatches, or connectivity failures.


• Act as the first point of contact for integration and system performance incidents related to Bosch CPI/CPS interfaces.


• Troubleshoot errors related to data mapping, transformation logic, or communication failures in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.


• Coordinate issue escalation with third-party vendors or technical teams as needed to ensure timely resolution.


3. System Enhancements & Configuration:


• Collaborate with business process owners to identify requirements for system changes or enhancements and implement these changes using Bosch CPI/CPS capabilities.


• Support the design, testing, and implementation of enhancements or configuration changes in Bosch CPI to meet business or compliance needs.


• Participate in system change requests, testing plans, and validation cycles to ensure changes align with process requirements.


4. Compliance & Traceability Support:


• Ensure CPI processes support pharma compliance and traceability requirements such as serialization (DSCSA, EU FMD) and regulatory reporting.


• Work closely with supply chain compliance teams to monitor integration changes that align with evolving traceability regulations.


5. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:


• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for all interfaces, changes, incidents, and monitoring processes.


• Ensure technical processes and issue resolutions are well-documented and accessible for audit and knowledge transfer purposes.


6. Collaboration with Stakeholders:


• Work cross-functionally with business process owners, IT teams, third-party partners, and compliance teams to resolve integration issues and implement system updates.


• Liaise with third-party system providers or integration partners to address technical issues, facilitate change requests, and maintain system health.


7. Testing & Change Management:


• Plan and execute testing for CPI system updates, patches, and enhancements, including unit testing, regression testing, and UAT (user acceptance testing).


• Ensure changes follow established management processes to minimize risk to live operations.


Technical Expertise:


• Proven hands-on experience supporting Bosch CPI (Cloud Integration Platform) and Bosch CPS (Cloud Process Services) in an enterprise environment.


• Expertise in middleware integration tools and methodologies, including REST, SOAP, IDOCs, APIs, JSON, XML, and other common data exchange formats.


• Experience supporting cloud-based integration models and data exchange frameworks.


• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ATTP modules and their integration requirements.


Industry Knowledge:


• Proven experience supporting integration projects in the pharmaceutical supply chain domain, including traceability, serialization, or compliance workflows.


•Familiarity with industry traceability standards such as SFDA, and other serialization compliance initiatives.


Problem-Solving & Functional Skills:


• Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills, with a focus on integration patterns and technical problem diagnostics.


• Proficiency in testing methodologies, incident management, and monitoring techniques.


Soft Skills:


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with technical teams, third-party partners, and business stakeholders.


• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines under pressure.


• Proactive approach to identifying risks, solving problems, and suggesting improvements.
