Job Purpose
This position exists to assist in the development / L2 support of technical solutions in SAP BI efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.
Key Accountability Areas
Business Solutions and Automation:
- Implement solution manager functionalities. Responsible to leverage Solution Manager Functionality.
- Act as subject matter expert for the Solution Manager application and work with process owners, architects, and delivery teams to identify opportunities to automate SAP processes utilizing Solution Manager Functionality.
- Resolve production incidents during the support and maintenance phase within the defined Service Level Agreements SLAs to ensure system stability and customer satisfaction.
Analysis and Documentation:
- Produce high quality technical documents for all implementations within the defined deadlines to ensure documentation standards and templates are followed for knowledge transfer across the team.
- Perform and document impact analysis and development estimates for Requests for Change and Project Assessments / Scoping with accurate effort estimates and low-level design on technical solution ensuring that proposed solutions and requirements are viable and can be delivered to satisfaction of the customer.
Project Management:
- Assist in the preparation of project plans for activities performed within the framework of a given project. This includes defining project scope as well as preparing work plans for the project.

Academic Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Information Mgmt. Sciences & Systems
