Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Sales Representative is responsible for directly engaging with customers, offering personalized sales consultations, and achieving individual sales targets within the showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
-Customer Interaction:
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Present and demonstrate products, highlighting their features and benefits.
-Achieving Sales Targets:
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Close sales by guiding customers through the purchasing process.
-Post-Sales Follow-up:
- Ensure customer satisfaction after completing a sale.
- Address any post-sale inquiries or issues that may arise.
-Product Promotion:
- Actively promote products, special offers, and new arrivals.
- Monitor product stock and inform customers of availability.
-Sales Reporting:
- Keep accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
- Prepare daily or weekly sales reports, and monitor performance using CRM tools.
