Position: Salesman


Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesman to join our team in Dammam, Jeddah, and Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the logistics and freight forwarding industry and a proven track record in sales. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining and growing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the logistics and freight forwarding sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide customers with tailored solutions for their logistics and freight forwarding needs, including sea freight, air freight, land transport, and customs clearance.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sea freight, air freight, land transport, and customs clearance processes.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Time Management: Effective time management skills to handle multiple client accounts and sales processes efficiently.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to deliver optimal service to clients.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.

Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software, MS Office, and other tools to manage sales activities and client interactions.

  • Languages: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
