As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for conceiving, designing, developing, and delivering training for the employees of Dubizzle KSA. You will be responsible for tasks like the New Hire Training program, Executive Onboarding, Sales Training, Technical/System training, Policy training, and refreshers and post-training interventions to keep the employees updated with the required knowledge
In this role, you will:


  • Assist in designing the overall training roadmap with the help of the Commercial & Strategy Manager;
  • Assist in conducting and analysing Training Need Assessment (TNA) exercises with sales & data collection team;
  • Conceive and design training modules based on the training needs;
  • Conduct regular training programs for the employees;
  • Recode online training modules for the company employees;
  • Conduct quizzes and tests to assess the skills and knowledge of the employee base;
  • Report training performance to the Director of Commercials & Products;
  • Oversee the new hire training of sales & data collection team;
  • In coordination with Tech, conduct systems training with the staff;
  • Perform performance improvement interventions whenever required;
  • Coach and counsel employees on departmental requests
