Job Description

The Sales Territory Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding market presence within our company. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales management, particularly in the services industry. The ideal candidate will develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's objectives while fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  2. Build, support, and nurture key customer relationships: personally advise our clients and achieve regional sales operational objectives in your territory.
  3. Assist customers in several key disciplines, including training on product features and benefits, revenue enhancement opportunities, and general technical support.
  4. Make service and product enhancement recommendations to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  5. Growing a database of customers and integrating collected information into the ERP system; once collected, develop strategies to create growth in that market.
  6. Conduct research and market analysis to anticipate business needs.
  7. Attend conferences and exhibitions organized by the trade associations.
  8. Identify and analyze market trends to capitalize on new business opportunities.
  9. Conduct regular market research to stay informed about competitors and industry developments.
  10. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting performance metrics and growth opportunities.
  11. Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and motivation.
  12. Manage the sales budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes for better efficiency.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience in sales management within the hospitality or personal services sector.
  2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  6. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  7. Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
  8. Willingness to travel within the territory as needed.
  9. Strong customer service orientation.
  10. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
