Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate warehouse sales operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for stock availability.
  • Train and mentor, the sales team to improve performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.

Skills

  • Proven experience in sales supervision, preferably in the water.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of water-related products.
