Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Supervisor with experience in food production and sales, especially spices, to join our team in Alkharj, Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth in the food industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets in the food industry, with a focus on spices
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the food production and sales sector
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Identify and target new customers and business opportunities in the food industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the food production and sales sector
Preferred Candidate:
- 1-5 years of experience in sales or a similar role, with a focus on food production and sales, especially spices
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the food industry
