Job Description

  • We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our Medical Division team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the medical field, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales with proven experience working in IR or Nursing dialysis with demonstrated product and market knowledge
  • Contribute to increasing company profits through fruitful customer relationships.
  • Present reports of potential prospects to the management for aiding critical business decisions.
  • Study company targets about sales activities and strive for the continuous implementation of the same.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities to analyze the sales prospects.
  • Ensure dynamic communication with clients through online and offline modes, thereby promoting company products and services.
  • Boosting sales prospects through effective utilization of consumer sales, dealer, PR, and business promotion techniques.

Skills

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar sales role in the field.
  • Educational background in IR Technology or Nursing.
  • Strong understanding of medical products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Knowledge of modern techniques and their implementation to boost sales activities.
  • Proficient in creating sales records, client interactions, and developing precise reports.
  • Approaching new and existing customers by following optimum consumer service standards.
  • Portraying superb soft skills during customer interaction and seminars as per requirement.
  • Depicting remarkable command to convert leads into customers through passionate discussions and debates.
