Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Specialist to join our team. You will lead our sales efforts, build client relationships, and contribute to maximizing revenue and occupancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts with government and private entities; ensure timely renewals.
- Plan and conduct field visits and follow-ups to strengthen client relationships.
- Utilize the Opera program for efficient hotel management.
- Set and monitor departmental sales goals.
- Analyze booking platforms to identify trends and opportunities.
- Organize monthly events to enhance guest experiences.
- Monitor competitor pricing and prepare for upcoming tourist seasons.
- Develop monthly and annual sales strategies.
- Provide regular performance reports to management.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all contracts.
- Assist in collecting payments from clients.
- Collaborate with sponsors for Ramadan events to ensure agreement fulfillment.
- Create operational plans for the sales department.
- Prepare reports on target companies and advertising strategies.
- Maintain and leverage public relations contacts.
- Work with finance to establish seasonal pricing and promotions.
