Exciting things are happening in Saudi, and we’re looking for a Sales Specialist to be part of our growth journey. Working alongside the Sales Team, you’ll build strong client relationships and help drive bookings. If you’re a natural at connecting with people and getting things done, you’ll thrive in this role. Your passion and drive will help us make Stella Stays the preferred choice in Saudi.


What You’ll be doing:
  • Connect with both B2B and B2C clients, introducing them to Stella Stays and helping them find the right stay for their needs.


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, real estate agents, and individuals to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.


  • Support the Sales Lead and Specialist by handling inquiries, managing leads, following up with potential clients, and assisting in closing deals.


  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and client demands to identify new business opportunities.


  • Organize and maintain a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools, keeping track of leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups.


  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with campaigns and outreach strategies.


  • Assist with operational tasks when needed, ensuring a smooth experience for guests from booking to check-out.


  • Provide feedback on customer preferences, challenges, and areas for improvement to enhance our offerings.



Requirements
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, with strong communication skills to engage a diverse range of clients.


  • Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service, ideally in real estate, travel, or hotel sectors.


  • A proactive approach—someone who takes initiative, follows up, and gets things done without waiting for instructions.


  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.


  • The ability to collaborate across different teams while also taking ownership of tasks.
