About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth by identifying and securing new clients for our event management company. The ideal candidate is proactive, well-connected in the industry, and excels at building relationships.
Responsibilities:
✔️ Identify and reach out to potential clients through networking, cold calls, and meetings.
✔️ Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brands, and agencies.
✔️ Understand client needs and propose tailored event solutions.
✔️ Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets.
✔️ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
✔️ Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
🔹 Saudi Citizen
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
🔹 Proven experience in sales or business development within the events industry.
🔹 Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
🔹 Ability to work independently and drive sales growth.
🔹 Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
🔹 Fluency in Arabic & English.
