Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets for facilities management services. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.  Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape within the facilities management sector. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.  Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management. Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices.Selling APSG services to companies, commercial establishments and factories in all sectors and knowing their needs and desires.
