Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share in the lighting industry
  • Identify and establish relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in the region.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand local trends, competitors, and opportunities in the Saudi Arabian lighting market.
  • Actively prospect and acquire new clients while maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the features and benefits of lighting products.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to localize marketing materials and campaigns for the Saudi Arabian market.
  • Negotiate pricing with clients and partners.
  • Work closely with internal departments, including logistics and sales support, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Stay informed about advancements in lighting technologies and industry trends to effectively communicate product value to clients.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's lighting products.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team.
  • Collaborate with the after-sales service team to address customer inquiries, and concerns.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience in wholesale and retail (B to B and B to C ).
  • Exposure in sales within the lighting industry, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
  • Knowledge of the brands and competitors in GCC wholesale and retail market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Fluency in English is required, and Arabic is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. Multilingual skills and cultural awareness are a plus.
