Communicate with all repeated customers / potential customers/consultants / end users, in the specific territory assigned by his ASM, to promote the Business.
• Receive customer’s enquiry ,study it, prepare technical information and sketches, and communicate with engineering/estimation department to get it priced
• Prepare the offer and follow up with his customers to negotiate/modify the offer until he closes the deal within the company’s standard contract terms
• Perform other administrative duties as may be assigned by his Sales Manager.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and meet sales targets
• Provide technical support and advice to clients
• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and expand market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the management team.
• Stay informed about new products, industry developments, and competitor activities to effectively address customer needs.
