You will be responsible for selling the full range of Diabetes products. Managing the territory from both a Clinical and Sales aspect in the Eastern Region of Saudi (Dammam, Jubail, and Al Ahsa).

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:


  • Promotes and sells Medtronic's Diabetes products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop detailed tactical plans that set SMART objectives for the accelerated progression of Medtronic Diabetes Portfolio.
  • Fully understand the product application in relation to the Saudi healthcare market.
  • Achieve of quarterly and annual sales objectives and targets and initiatives.
  • Attend meetings/workshops and exhibitions as required, which may include some out of hours working from time to time.
  • Build and maintain an effective network of relevant key opinion leaders within the market.
  • Promote and present educational programs to professionals in the field.
  • Meeting HCPs Promote and Present to them Educational and Technical programs.
  • Educating Patients to onboard them on our Pumps or help Troubleshoot issues.
  • Following up on Orders with Customer Service & Logistics.
  • Covering accounts in remote area across Eastern region.

Required Knowledge and Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree required in medical field (in pharmacy or equivalent specialty) 
  • Minimum 2- 3 years of relevant experience as sales representative preferably in diabetes field.
  • Well familiar with all accounts in Eastern Region (Governmental & Private sector) 
  • Strong Communications & Negotiation skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate growth and new business gained.
  • Natural ability to spot a business opportunity and able to persuade and influence others.
  • Full Current Saudi Driving Licence

Preferably candidates from similar diabetes industries, Mastering presentation skill.
