Job Description

  • Identify and prospect new customers to generate leads and increase sales opportunities.
  • Understand customer needs and match them with the company’s products or services.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations to potential clients, showcasing features and benefits.
  • Customize sales pitches to suit customer requirements.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets set by the company.
  • Regularly report on sales performance and progress towards targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
  • Negotiate prices and terms with customers to close sales deals.
  • Handle objections and resolve conflicts professionally to close sales successfully.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
  • Stay informed about new products and updates in the industry.
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge and be able to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads in the company’s CRM system.
  • Prepare sales reports, quotes, and invoices
  • Work closely with marketing and other sales team members to develop strategies and achieve company objectives.
