Job Description
Tamairah Trading Co. is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team.
In this role, you will focus on selling top-quality hospitality supplies to clients across Saudi Arabia, including hotels, restaurants, and other hospitality businesses. You will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring an exceptional after-sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Activities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify and approach potential prospects in the hospitality industry.
- Present and demonstrate Tamairah's product range, emphasizing their value and benefits.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close deals effectively.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Address client inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.
3. After-Sales Support:
- Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure their needs are met post-sale.
- Provide guidance and support for any issues or additional requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring a long-term partnership with clients.
4. Market Research and Strategy:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Identify opportunities to introduce new products or services tailored to client needs.
5. Coordination and Reporting:
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, purchasing, and logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery.
- Accurately maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts in the company's CRM system (e.g., Odoo CRM).
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Skills
1. Education & Experience:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in sales, with a strong focus on the hospitality industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the Saudi market and its hospitality sector.
2. Core Competencies:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships.
3. Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in CRM systems, for managing prospects, clients, and after-sales interactions.
- Competence in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business tools.
4. Personal Traits:
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
5. Additional Requirements:
- Has Local Driving License
