Job Description
As a Sales Executive, you will be handling B2B sales, we expect you to obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning, and organizing daily work schedules, meeting existing and dealing with potential businesses to be our partner and present our products and services.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify appropriate B2B prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, manage the sales, and successfully create a business for new and existing customer accounts.
- Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers, and manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
- Before going out for sales calls, oversee the production of bakery products to ensure that bread, sandwiches, and sweets are freshly baked, highest quality, and are always available for customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, and overcome obstacles that prevent sales.
- Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers.
- Build relationships with clients and use appropriate interpersonal skills and communication methods to gain acceptance of products and services.
- Identify opportunities and act to build relationships between individuals, teams, department units, or organizations to help achieve business goals.
- Receive customer complaints and coordinate their needs to get and establish customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a periodic sales plan, which highlights the target sales revenue per type.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
- Stay up-to-date with new products.
Skills
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 10 years or more of successful B2B sales experience, especially in the Jeddah Market.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or another related field.
- Experience exceeding sales targets and must have knowledge about Western pastry & bakery products.
- Must have knowledge in West Region Jeddah.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A strong sense of initiative and personal leadership.
- Energetic and enthusiastic, with a positive attitude.
- valid Saudi Driving License
