Job Description
Sales Coordinator shall be responsible for contributing to the achievement of sales targets by supporting sales representatives, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationships.
The sales coordinator's responsibilities include supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, responding to customer queries, coordinating with other departments, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing and processing sales documentation, quotations, and invoices,
- Prepare presentations, supporting documents and other marketing materials for meeting with customers,
- Handling calls, emails and queries from customers, coordinating with sales team and other internal departments to respond to customers on priority basis,
- Maintaining and updating information about customers, their representatives, their contact details along with other relevant information,
- Creating job order in ERP system, upon receipt of purchase order form customers, and arranging its approval and acknowledgment by all relevant authorities in Al Ashoury,
- Coordinating with production and stores department pertaining to completion of customer order,
- Coordinating dispatch and delivery of customer goods in accordance with agreed terms and creating invoice in ERP system based on purchase order, job order and good dispatch note,
- Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
- Coordinating with finance department to ensure that collections are made on timely basis and long outstanding dues are reported to relevant Sales Representative & Head of Sales
- Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
- Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.
