Overview of the Role


As a Sales Performance Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales operations and performance across the retail network. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, optimize business processes, and ensure the achievement of financial targets, including net sales, gross margin, and net profit. Additionally, you will lead initiatives to enhance the customer experience and improve sales network efficiency.


What You Will Do


  • Assist in the development and execution of sales business plans, sales forecasting, and target setting
  • Support retail channels in achieving sales targets and optimizing revenue streams
  • Collaborate with operations and supply teams to ensure optimal stock availability and sales mix
  • Implement best practices to enhance omnichannel customer engagement and service quality
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide market insights for pricing and product strategies
  • Support sales force training and Emiratisation initiatives to build a high-performing team

Required Skills to Be Successful


  • 8-12 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 4 years in a Sales Manager role
  • Expertise in data analytics, MIS, and BI tools (SAP, Power BI, Tableau, Qualtrics)
  • Strong knowledge of sales optimization methodologies (Six Sigma, Agile, Design Thinking)
  • GCC experience and exposure to premium automotive brands preferred

You will be part of a high-performing Sales & Customer Management team, working closely with stakeholders across operations, marketing, finance, and HR. The team is focused on driving sales excellence while maintaining customer-centric strategies to enhance market competitiveness.
