Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager – Commercials & Pricing to drive efficiency and revenue growth through strategic pricing and commercial optimization. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping pricing models, analyzing commercial agreements, and enhancing sales processes to maximize win rates and profitability. You’ll also contribute to knowledge sharing, sales enablement, and operational improvements to support a high-performing sales team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute data-driven pricing strategies to improve profitability and competitiveness.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for better pricing and commercial structuring.
  • Design and maintain pricing models and tools to streamline deal structuring and quoting processes.
  • Oversee commercial negotiations and ensure alignment with internal pricing guidelines.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize commercial terms and pricing strategies.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of commercials, iterating based on customer insights and industry shifts.
  • Identify and implement sales tools that enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Generate detailed sales performance reports, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Maintain real-time performance dashboards for the sales team.
  • Support sales forecasting by verifying data accuracy and refining prediction models.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand market dynamics and optimize sales pipelines.
  • Continuously refine sales processes, addressing bottlenecks and improving overall workflow.
  • Track and enforce compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) related to sales operations.
  • Support sales onboarding and training programs to equip teams with best practices.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, case studies, and product sheets.

Requirements:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales operations, sales enablement, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in commercials and pricing strategy with a proven record of optimizing sales processes.
  • Solid understanding of forecasting models and the ability to analyze complex sales data.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience in process improvement and implementing efficiencies within sales operations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
