Sales Operations Specialist

The Sales Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's sales team. This position is designed for individuals who possess a strong analytical mindset and a passion for optimizing sales processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales representatives and management to ensure that sales strategies are executed effectively, leading to increased revenue and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage sales tools, including CRM systems, ensuring they are used effectively by the team.
2. Analyze sales performance metrics and generate reports to provide actionable insights.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to improve processes and drive operational efficiency.
4. Develop and implement standard operating procedures for sales operations.
5. Maintain data accuracy and integrity within the CRM and other sales systems.
6. Support the Sales Territory Manager with forecasting and pipeline management.
7. Design, implement, and manage sales commission schemes to incentivize team performance.
8. Prepare regular commission reports and ensure accurate calculations and timely payouts.
9. Train and onboard new team members on sales tools and processes.
10. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
11. Stay up to date on industry trends and recommend improvements to Lavndry’s sales operations.
