Foreground is partnering with a leading organization in the education and vocational training sector to recruit a results-oriented Sales Manager for their Dammam office. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, developing client relationships, and expanding the companys presence in the Eastern Province.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute sales strategies tailored to the Dammam market, driving revenue growth and market share.
- Identify and target new business opportunities, maintaining a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support lead generation and sales enablement initiatives.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities in the Eastern Province.
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches and proposals, leading negotiations to successfully close deals.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring smooth transitions to the operations team.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the education, training, or services sector within the Eastern Province.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- In-depth knowledge of Dammams business environment and client base.
- A self-motivated, results-driven approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
