Foreground is partnering with a prominent organization in the education and vocational training sector to recruit an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager for their Riyadh office. This role will focus on driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the companys market expansion in Riyadh and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the Riyadh market to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline of leads and prospects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with lead generation campaigns.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities in Riyadh.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the education, training, or services sector in Riyadh.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Excellent understanding of Riyadhs business landscape and client dynamics.
- A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
