Our client is one of the creative agency and looking for a Sales Manager to join his team in Riyadh. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding the client base. Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. With your exceptional sales skills and industry knowledge, you will contribute to the agency's success and help shape its future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets set by the company.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities for sales.
- Identify and pursue new leads and business opportunities through various methods, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations to clients, showcasing how the company's offerings can address
their needs and solve their problems. - Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to maximize revenue and market share.
- Negotiate sales contracts and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, marketing, sales, etc.).
- Proven track record of success in sales, ideally with 4-6 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
Requirements:
- To have a background in advertising/media/creative agency
- Already residing in Riyadh.
