A Sales Manager oversees the sales department's success by setting team goals, producing monthly forecasts, and ensuring smooth operations based on revenue trends.


Key Accountabilities
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures a strong market presence.
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports, along with realistic forecasts, to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while staying fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate value to customers.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed performance metrics and sales goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential growth opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking For:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in sales.
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
