Role Summary/Purpose
The Engineered Systems Products Sales Manager will be responsible for implementing the company’s strategy and sales plan/target in the assigned territory through identifying and developing business opportunities and closing orders with partners, resellers and OEM. Also, promoting the company's technologies to end users, consultants and EPC companies at an early stage of the projects with emphasis on selling the value of VWTS technologies, serving direct and indirect sales channels in the KSA, and if required and assigned by the company, in other territories
Essential Responsibilities
• Achieving and exceeding ongoing sales, growth and profitability targets by selling VWTS Products (through Direct and Indirect Channels)
• Developing strong professional relationships with channel partners (Indirect Sales Channel to market) and supporting them in their sales activities and growing sales of VWTS Products
• Proactively developing a strong pipeline of active Project opportunities and securing business in the assigned region incorporating core VWTS technologies and solutions in the Municipal and Industrial Water & Wastewater sectors
• Developing strong professional and strategic relationships with engineering consultants, EPC companies, end users as well as key regional or sector influencers such as leading governmental and industrial sectors, other related firms, industry associations, etc.
• Negotiating and closing profitable contracts with clients in line with VWTS processes and guidelines in a timely and efficient manner
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar
• Minimum of 7 to 10 years of technical experience in water/waste treatment field
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years sales experience in the KSA water & wastewater market with a broad contact list of end users, plant operators, maintenance companies, and relevant potential clients
• Demonstrated experience in selling water and wastewater membranes and equipment in the water and wastewater treatment industry
• Demonstrated ability in promoting and selling Products through distributors and resellers in the water and wastewater treatment market
• Demonstrated ability to manage in matrix environment/organization and working as a team member
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales target and schedule commitments
• Ability to develop relationships at all levels of customer organization
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience working with senior client representatives, government officials • Ability to travel to meet customers within the assigned region without any restrictions
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic
• Enhanced computer skills, Google suite preferably
