Job Description
Our client is a leading system integrator, provider of business enabling solutions in the field of (AIDC). They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager (based in Jubail) to be a part of their sales team.
Responsibalities :
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and initiatives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with prospective clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Forecast sales targets and track performance metrics regularly.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between sales, marketing, and technical teams.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales management within the system integration or IT services industry within KSA region
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
