Conduct market research and identify opportunities to develop and increase sales
Determine customer needs and apply a product and services offering in an effective manner.
Lead negotiations, coordinate complex decision-making process, and overcome objections to closure.
Achieve quarterly and annual sales quota with exceptional forecast predictability.
Maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timeliness and cost
Analyze and report business results and trends on a weekly and monthly basis
Responsible for building the right sales forecast and develop the company portfolio based on evolving market needs
Build the monthly sales plan and allocate monthly targets per Salesman
Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship skills
Must have experience in HR, outsourcing & Recruitment services.
2-3 Years of sales experience in HR services
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proven ability to meet & exceed sales targets and deadlines
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
Proficient in MS Office & CRM systems
Highly self-motivated
