Job Description

[ Commission-Based Sales Managerfor Hot Melt Adhesives ]

The candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role

is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in sales and a passion for the adhesive

industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within target markets.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

- Present, promote, and sell hot melt adhesive products to existing and prospective customers.

- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client’s needs.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality.

- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.

- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to network and promote the company’s

products.
