The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving B2B sales by identifying and securing new business opportunities with corporate clients and companies. This position focuses on increasing sales and foot traffic across all our restaurants. Key Responsibilities:Business Development: Proactively identify and approach potential corporate clients, businesses, and organizations to promote the restaurants as ideal venues for dining, events, and meetings.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers, event planners, and industry professionals.Sales Strategy: Develop, implement effective sales strategies, and action plans to achieve revenue targets.Event Coordination: Collaborate with restaurant managers and the operations team to customize offerings and ensure seamless execution of corporate events and group bookings.Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities to remain competitive.Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, including key achievements, sales figures, and pipeline updates, to senior management.Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to align campaigns with sales initiatives and ensure consistent brand messaging.
