Abbott Vascular provides innovative, minimally invasive, and cost-effective products for treatment of vascular disease.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Supports the CORO business activities in the Western and Southern regions of Saudi Arabia in coordination with Distributor team, his colleagues and his management. Achieve AVD established targets in terms of revenue, utilization, number of cases and KOL Management.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with DTR team in his regions to full represent AVD brand and make sure DTR are having the needed support in terms of knowledge and coverage
Establish excellent relationships with KOLs and decision makers in all Cardiac centers available in his geography including but not limited to: Interventional Cardiologists, Cath Lab Technologists, Cath Lab managers, technicians and Nurses, Hospital Admin staff involved in the commercial process (Procurement, contracting, etc..)
Organize and conduct the needed workshop and promotional activities in designated accounts to provide all the needed educational and scientific support to hospital staff relative to his products
Deliver on the annual targets in all assigned product portfolio by supporting all promotional activities and needed workshops for customers to conclude the needed deals
Liaise with all other business support functions to guarantee the leverage of Abbott infrastructure to maximize customer benefits. This can include but not limited to: Medical Affairs, Marketing, Technical Service, Administration, etc.
Strongly coordinate with RA & Quality team to make sure needed products are available for sales in the market with respect to needed licenses and authorizations
Coordinate with other related Abbott divisions to fully leverageAbbott Cardiovascular portfolio and to maximize the relation Abbott has with Cardiovascular Services Heads in various institutes
Maintain a very strict quality and compliance culture and very high work ethics in dealing with customer, colleagues and team members by abiding by all stipulated policies and Abbott Ethics and Compliance rules and regulations
Finalize all assigned trainings related to product knowledge, policies and procedures, quality documentation and Office of Ethics and Compliance in assigned time frames without any delay
EDUCATION & COMPETENCIES
Education:
Educated to a degree level (Bachelor of Science), graduate in a scientific area preferably: Healthcare Technology, Medical Technology, Medical Sciences, Veterinary Science, Pharmaceutical Science, Biomedical Engineering, etc….
Competencies:
Fluent command of Arabic and English (Must be proficient in English).
Good communication skills. Critical thinking and the ability to challenge appropriately.
Time management and problem-solving skills.
Competent user of Microsoft Office packages. Strong working knowledge of Excel, MS Outlook and MS PP and SharePoint is desirable.
Strong attention to detail. Highly organized, efficient and ability to meet deadlines.
Must be a team player, with the ability to work independently. Flexibility and the ability to cope with varying workload and demands as required are needed.
Must be able to work with integrity and in compliance with internal company policies and external regulatory requirements.
