Miraval The Red Sea, a luxurious wellness resort located on Shura Island, is part of the Red Sea Project. Featuring 180 guest rooms, suites, and villas across three million square feet of pristine beaches, we aim to redefine luxury and wellness in hospitality.


We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our sales operations. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, maintaining strong client relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities in alignment with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and Miraval’s brand standards.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Act as a sales specialist, ensuring revenue is maximized in the most profitable way while aligning with agreed targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, including corporate, leisure, and group segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agencies, and corporate accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Participate in sales events, trade shows, and client meetings to represent Miraval The Red Sea.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience and revenue optimization.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, performance metrics, and revenue forecasts.
  • Ensure adherence to Hyatt’s sales and brand standards while delivering exceptional customer service.

  • This position is open to Saudi nationals only.
  • A university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
  • A minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Executive.
  • Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities with quick action and immediate follow-ups.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on revenue generation and sales targets while thinking of out-of-the-box solution to effectively sell the resort product.
