Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth for a leading global IT consultancy in Saudi Arabia. This role requires a balance of expanding relationships with existing clients and winning new business across enterprise and government sectors.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts while proactively identifying and securing new opportunities. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to position cutting-edge solutions in cloud, AI, software engineering, and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Farming: Strengthen and grow relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and maximize account value.
- New Business Development: Identify and engage with key decision-makers in enterprise and government sectors to generate new sales opportunities.
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan aligned with market trends.
- Work closely with technical and delivery teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
What We’re Looking For:
- 12-15 years of experience in business development or sales in the IT or digital transformation space.
- Proven ability to manage and grow key accounts while securing new clients.
- Strong network within Saudi Arabia’s enterprise and public sector.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
