Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in BPO/contact center sales management.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proven track record in BPO sales, especially in government and semi-government sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the BPO industry and its challenges.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tools.
  • Sales Management certification
