SPECIFIC DUTIES
1 Reports to the Director of Sales and Asst. Director of Sales.
2 Interacts with other Sales Executives within the department and Oman
Regional Sales Team.
3 Maintains a high profile within the local market and any other company
handled.
1 Maintains a sales call pattern within the designated areas of responsibility averaging 25 calls per week.
2 Establishes and maintains histories on every accounts within the
marketing area.
3 Provides and produces sales leads for other IHG Hotels.
4 Attends daily departmental sales briefing.
5 Provides market feedback to the Director of Sales on changing market conditions, including trend in the competition.
6 Monitors own accounts and monthly productivities and reports back to
Director of Sales on any variances.
7 Maintains high profile within the local community and local accounts
8 Submits weekly sales calls plan and weekly entertainment list to the Director of Sales.
9 Attends all functions related to the accounts handled.
10 Submits a weekly sales activity report to the Director of sales and update him with the market feedback.
11 Sells and promote Hotel and it’s facilities at every opportunity.
