Job Description

  • Responsible for whole sales business operations in Saudi Arabia, Product management, Field Service, Demand planning
  • Develop local distributors and new market for various Business units in Saudi Arabia.
  • Responsible for developing new market Market;
  • Establish and drive process for Distributor Agreements negotiation & administration.
  • Manage forecast, sales pipeline, setting-up of business plan, profitability levels and pursuing business leads.
  • Liaise with key accounts to establish business contacts in promoting KALE business in Saudi Arabia.
  • Conduct intensively market visits to identify new business opportunities and increase sales volumes and revenue.
  • Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competitors and report.
  • Review market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules.
  • Analysis of market data and distributor’s sell through to study trend and to set growth target for the distribution to increase the market share.
  • Analysis of the opportunities of the Market.

Skills

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management, Communications, Marketing and/or equivalent.
  • Good leadership qualities to motivate team.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in Channel/Distributor development, management and
  • regional direct selling in different industries (Such as: Manufacturing, Automation, Heavy machinery, Construction and Industrial Equipment)
  • Excellent track record of sales and securing high-value client account.
  • Articulate and strong interpersonal skills to interface with various parties and in a matrix organization.
  • Strong ability in re-structuring Channel/Distributor Network and rapport building.
  • An independent team player with quick learning ability.
  • Experience in Middle east Market and other area market will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
