Job Title: Sales ManagerThe Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team to meet revenue targets and growth objectives. This includes overseeing the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, and developing strategies to improve sales performance and market reach. The role also involves building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Manager monitors market trends, analyzes sales data, and collaborates with other departments to align efforts with company goals. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Drive profitable sales across ICT, Building Automation (BMS), Security, Fire Alarm System, Access Control Systems, Parking Management Systems, Smart Solutions, IoT, and Audio-Visual solutions.Develop and execute strategic annual sales plans to achieve business objectives.Establish and nurture a robust network of customers, consultants, and contractors.Manage key accounts and foster strong relationships with major government, private, and contracting companies (including General Contractors, EPC Contractors, and MEP Contractors) to identify projects and capture market share across multiple sectors.Build and maintain relationships with key end users in private, government, and semi-government sectors, as well as with consulting firms, to identify and influence early-stage projects.Provide accurate, weekly report, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department.Maintain in-depth market knowledge within key verticals, such as Healthcare, Data Centers, Hospitality, Education, Defense, Telecom, Banking, and other critical sectors.Prepare material submittals including required technical documents, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates as per project requirement.Support presales for Designing ELV systems like CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm System, Structured Cabling, Public Address, Parking Management Systems and Intercom Systems Etc.Preparation of BOQ from the designed details or from the drawing or from the details of the site survey records.
