Job Summary:
An experienced and results-oriented Sales Supervisor to oversee and guide the sales team in promoting our certification and training services in KSA. The Sales Supervisor will ensure the team meets its sales objectives by providing leadership, training, and support while driving business growth and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise and lead the sales team, ensuring targets and objectives are met. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales team members, providing feedback and coaching as needed. Identify new business opportunities and support the team in securing deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Oversee the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure accurate reporting of sales activities and team performance metrics. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction. Promote compliance with company policies, quality standards, and local regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience of 3+ years in a sales supervisory or leadership role, preferably within certification and training services. Strong understanding of the KSA market and its regulatory environment. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.* Ability to motivate and manage a sales team to achieve targets.
