Job Description

Key Responsibilities


Sales and Business Development


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets for Building Materials and Others related key raw materials
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Saudi Arabian market.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Address client needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Provide clients with product information, demonstrations, and quotations.
     

Sales Process Management


  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals. Execute Sale Conclusion through SAP system
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and results in Weekly and Monthly
Market Intelligence
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies.
  • Provide feedback to management on market conditions and client requirements.
Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience


  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the Building and Construction industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 
Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal for Sale skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. 
Language
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)

  • Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market and business culture.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Additional Requirements
  • Male - Saudi National // Valid Saudi Arabian Iqama and driver’s license.
  • Willingness to travel within the Middle East region as required.
