Job Description

The Sales Executive role is pivotal in driving revenue and expanding market presence. This position requires a dynamic individual who possesses a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with the company's objectives while fostering strong relationships with clients. A successful Sales Executive will not only focus on achieving sales targets but also enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

  1. Build and nurture strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to clients within the assigned territory.
  2. Support customers by providing training on product features and benefits, identifying revenue enhancement opportunities, and offering technical assistance when needed.
  3. Identify and recommend improvements in products or services to maximize sales potential and enhance customer satisfaction.
  4. Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of customers and utilize it to identify growth opportunities in the market.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, anticipate business trends, and identify new opportunities.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services that meet customer expectations.
  7. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions organized by industry associations.
  8. Achieve and exceed regional sales targets by implementing strategic sales plans and fostering long-term client relationships.

  1. Proven track record in sales, preferably in the hospitality or personal services sector.
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  5. Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets.
  6. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  7. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  8. Fluency in Arabic and English is highly desirable.
  9. Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
  10. Passion for the hospitality industry and customer service excellence.
