Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
Identify and engage potential clients in your assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials and campaigns.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction chemicals industry.
Strong understanding of the concrete admixture industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in English and Arabic.
Willingness to travel as needed.
