Business Development:Identify and prospect potential corporate clients in need of facility management services.Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.Schedule and conduct meetings with decision-makers to present facility management services.Sales and Account Management:Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.Manage and nurture existing client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and ensuring service delivery meets expectations.Market Research:Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities.Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions, client needs, and sales strategies.Sales Strategy:Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.Track and report on sales performance, including sales metrics, forecasts, and pipeline status.Administrative Tasks:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract details in the CRM system.Prepare regular sales reports and participate in sales meetings to discuss progress and strategies.
