We are currently searching for dedicated, ambitious and self-driven Sales Excellence Specialist to join our Sales Department playing a critical role in building relationships with our significant clients.
The candidate must have an experience in selling and presenting IT solutions at least one of the following domains (Microsoft Infrastructure Services, Unified Communications, IT Service Management Solutions and Consultation, Customer Experience, Data and Analytics).
Job description:- Provide day-to-day support to sales team members, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with sales-related tasks.
- Serve as a point of contact for sales representatives, offering guidance, resources, and assistance as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, customer support, product development) to ensure seamless support for sales initiatives.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for new and existing sales team members.
- Facilitate onboarding processes to help new hires become productive members of the sales team quickly.
- Offer ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives to help them improve their skills and achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and team members to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Propose and implement solutions to streamline sales processes, reduce administrative burdens, and improve efficiency.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales processes and make recommendations for optimization as needed.
- Develop and maintain sales collateral, tools, and resources to support the sales team in their interactions with customers and prospects.
- Assist in the creation of sales presentations, proposals, and other materials to effectively communicate value propositions and drive sales.
- Ensure that sales team members have access to the necessary information and tools to perform their roles effectively.
- Assist in the collection and analysis of sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance and help inform strategic decision-making.
- Support sales leadership in forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities through data analysis and reporting
- Support the sales team and contribute to their success and provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Support the sales team in preparing sales reports, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
Responsibility: - Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions. Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and build long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless coordination of sales activities.
- Order Processing and Documentation: Supporting the sales team in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and invoices. Ensuring accurate processing and documentation of sales transactions with Operation team.
- Sales Support Materials: Collaborating with the marketing team to create and update sales support materials like brochures, presentations, and product catalogs. Ensuring these materials are up to date and readily available for the sales team.
RequirementsQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a IT field.
- Proven experience in a similar sales support or administrative role, preferably within the industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and work effectively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or other sales-related tools and technologies.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and internet research.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on additional responsibilities when necessary.
