Job description:


The Sales Engineer Saudi Arabia collaborates closely with various teams, particularly the Sales team, Field Project Engineers, Pre-Sales Engineers, and Sales Networks, to position Genetec's solutions and products. They are the technical point of contact for customers and Sales teams.


Roles and responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of Genetec's software and hardware products.
  • Define the solutions best suited to the requirements of our customers and partners
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholders, customers and partners
  • Present high-level demonstrations of our entire product range
  • Provide technical support to sales teams in response to customer specifications
  • Work closely with the technical support team to ensure a seamless transition between the pre-sales and post-sales teams, and the successful implementation of our solutions.
  • Participate in specialized security trade shows, exhibitions and seminars.
  • Write white papers and become a true expert on Genetec solutions
  • Provide technical feedback from the field to upstream Product Management teams.
  • Implement complex software solutions
  • Travel 30-40% of the time
