We are looking for a Business Development Executive (Sales Engineer) - Containers Mobile Solutions
The product is such as ( accommodation units, site offices, modular rooms, different sizes portable rooms, ..., Etc.)
Increase sales by developing relationships with potential customers.
Follow up on leads and maintain those already won over.
Identify prospective clients or make sure that current ones are satisfied.
Keep an eye out for new opportunities as they arise.
“Getting the sale” using various customer sales methods
Forecasting sales, developing “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluating their effectiveness
Evaluating customers skills, needs and building productive long lasting relationships
“Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)
Meet personal and team sales targets
Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory

Experience in outdoor Sales of All type of Containers such as ( All round containers, house containers, sanitary containers, workshop system containers, storage containers, temporary offices containers, ....,Etc)
Proven sales experience
Track record of over-achieving quota
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
Computer use competency
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Self motivated and driven
BA/BS degree or equivalent Engineering
In-depth knowledge to convert leads into a final customer, thereby contributing to the company revenue.
Adept at communicating with the in-house team, clients, and management through formal documentation and discussions.
Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
A high level of focus on driving sales with consistent performance and teamwork.
Portraying superb soft skills during customer interaction and seminars as per requirement.
